Here's the course breakdown:
There is about an hour of course content each week, plus coaching calls are no more than an hour. You choose how much time to dedicate to each exercise, and more time doesn't always equal greater results. If you fully engage in each exercise, you'll get results.
You'll get access to the Welcome Module right away to begin while you're waiting for your journal to arrive. If you want to see results quickly, I suggest setting aside about 3-4 hours each week to focus on course content, calls, and exercises. Plus, give yourself about 15 minutes in the morning and evening each day for your journal. But if that's too much, don't worry. You have lifetime access, so you can go at your own pace.
